Some of our products are expertly crafted from traditional bronze bearings that require lubrication in areas of friction. We specialize in machining self-lubricating bronze bearings tailored to customers' specific drawings. Bronze remains the predominant material in the manufacture of friction bearings. The diverse range of developed alloys and available lubricants enables their use across a wide spectrum of operating conditions. To cater to the broadest range of applications, we primarily employ continuous casting and centrifugal casting methods for bronze bushings. We offer a variety of copper alloy materials, selecting the most critical ones: C93200 tin bronze, lead bronze, C95400 aluminum bronze, and C86300 high tensile brass. Additionally, through this collaboration, we can produce custom-size bronze bearings in other alloys as needed.
