These bearings are designed to reduce friction and enhance machinery performance. Bronze remains the primary material for friction bearings due to its excellent properties. The development of various alloys and the availability of diverse lubricants enable their use under a wide range of operating conditions, ensuring reliability and durability. To cater to diverse applications, we employ continuous casting and centrifugal casting methods for bronze bushings. We offer a selection of premium copper alloys, including c93200 tin bronze, lead bronze, c95400 aluminum bronze, and c86300 high tensile brass. Our flexible manufacturing process also allows for the production of custom-sized copper bearings in other specialized alloys as needed.
