We specialize in machining self-lubricating bronze bearings tailored precisely to customers' drawings and specifications. Bronze remains the predominant material for the production of friction bearings. The extensive range of developed alloys and available lubricants allows these bearings to be used in diverse operating conditions, offering reliability and efficiency. To cater to the broadest spectrum of applications, we utilize both continuous casting and centrifugal casting techniques for bronze bushings. We offer a variety of copper alloy materials for copper bearings, focusing on key alloys such as C93200 tin bronze, lead bronze, C95400 aluminum bronze, and C86300 high tensile brass. Our collaborative efforts also enable the production of custom-size bronze bearings in other specific alloys when necessary.
